Controls Systems Designer/Programmer
Any candidate should have 5+ years solid experience in the electrical controls integration field, good interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment and would be responsible for the electrical design, programming and commissioning of automated controls systems and hardware. Some project management would be involved. Experience with Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Modicon and Omron PLCs would be a definite asset. A valid Canadian Passport and fluency in written and oral English are a must.
Control Panel Wireperson
Any candidate should be able to use safe working practices at all times. They would be designated junior wireperson and should be capable of operating computerized wire marker printing equipment, performing supervised assistance with panel layout, tasks that involve drilling and tapping, component mounting, performing supervised hole punching, performing supervised power and control wiring and performing shipping and receiving. They should also have the ability to query electrical designs and practises and would follow duties as requested by the panel shop foreperson.
